Start with nothing but a ticket booth in the mountains. Clear snow, chop wood, crack ice off rooftops, all by hand, all in first person. Serve drinks, cook meals, repair ski gear, and turn a rundown mountain stop into a full-blown resort with a hotel, restaurant, bar, and shop.
